Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 25, 2023

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Client", or "Partner") and Beijing Zhongxin Lvyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd ("the Company"). By accessing our mobile applications, games, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Business Cooperation Models

The Company offers three primary modes of professional cooperation:

Project Agency Operation: The Company provides full-lifecycle operation management for external projects. Partners are responsible for providing basic assets, while the Company manages global user growth, marketing, and retention.
Project Agency R&D: The Company provides technical research and development services on a project-by-project basis. IP ownership and royalty structures are defined in separate, project-specific commercial contracts.
Self-developed Project Operations: The Company independently manages internal IP, including monetization via IAP, subscriptions, and ad monetization.

2. User Obligations & Conduct

Users must comply with all applicable local and international laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: reverse-engineering of software, exploitation of virtual item economies, unauthorized data scraping, and disruption of server services. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (IP)

All software code, graphics, soundtracks, and trademarked logos used in our services are the sole property of the Company or its licensors. No license is granted to users for commercial reproduction or distribution of these assets unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Company.

4. Financial Terms & In-App Purchases

All financial transactions are processed through the respective app store platforms (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). The Company adheres to these platforms' refund and billing policies. For B2B partnerships, payment schedules and milestone deliveries are governed by the specific project contract.

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

We aim to resolve any disputes through friendly consultation. However, in the event of a formal legal conflict:

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising from this Agreement that cannot be settled via negotiation shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules.
Legal Fees: The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and associated costs.

6. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government intervention, or global infrastructure failures.
